Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the chicken.
5. Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
7. Stir everything together and cook for another minute to heat through.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the chicken and egg stir-fry hot over steamed rice.
