Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
