Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken slices in the egg mixture, then coat with flour.
3. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced bell pepper and cook until slightly softened.
6. Add the cooked rice and chicken back to the pan. Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry hot and enjoy!
