Recipe Name: Chicken and Vegetable Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 4 wraps
- 1 cup chicken strips
- 1 tomato
- 1 pepper
- 2 potatoes
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta and rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook the chicken strips until they are fully cooked. Set aside.
3. Peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
4. Slice the cucumber, tomato, and pepper into thin strips.
5. In a separate skillet, heat some oil and sauté the sliced vegetables until they are slightly tender.
6. In a small saucepan, make a roux by melting the flour in some butter. Slowly whisk in the milk and water until a smooth sauce forms.
7. To assemble the wraps, lay out a wrap and layer with cooked chicken strips, sautéed vegetables, boiled potatoes, cooked pasta, and rice.
8. Drizzle the creamy sauce over the fillings.
9. Roll up the wraps tightly and serve.
