Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 slices of bread

Instructions:
1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
2. In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the sliced onions until they are golden brown.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
4. Add the diced potatoes and chicken pieces to the pot and cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
5. Mix in the yogurt and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pot. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Add water to the pot, covering the rice and chicken mixture. Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook on low heat until the rice is cooked through.
8. While the biryani is cooking, toast the bread slices until they are crispy. Break them into small pieces.
9. Once the biryani is cooked, garnish with the toasted bread pieces.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Biryani!
