Recipe Name: Chicken Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the pasta with a pinch of salt. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced tomato, minced garlic, chopped onion, and diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is heated through and the vegetables are softened.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated cheese, and pepper.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the pasta and quickly toss everything together until the pasta is coated and the eggs are cooked through.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with extra grated cheese if desired.
