- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking
Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add a little more oil to the empty side.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the empty side of the skillet and scramble them until cooked.
5. Mix the chicken and eggs together in the skillet.
6. Add the diced vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
7. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together.
8. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the chicken fried rice and mix well.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
