Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.
4. Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the pan, and pour the beaten eggs into the other side.
5. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the chicken and vegetables.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
7. Season with salt and stir everything together until well combined.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until the fried rice is heated through.
