Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the chicken.
4. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomato, and cucumber. Mix well.
6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir everything together and cook for another few minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
