- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat some vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add a little more oil if needed.
4. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrot, and peas to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Push the vegetables to the side with the chicken and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side of the pan.
6. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix everything together in the pan.
7. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the chicken, vegetables, and eggs.
8. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through.
