Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt, to taste
- Oil
- Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the diced potato and minced ginger to the pan. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
5. Push the chicken and potatoes to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the empty side. Scramble the egg until cooked.
6. Mix everything together in the pan.
7. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine.
8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
9. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
