Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the chicken.
4. Add the minced garlic, diced carrots, and frozen peas to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together.
6. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through and well combined.
