Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a large pan or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent.
5. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Continue cooking and stirring until everything is heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
