Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (such as carrots, peas, bell peppers)

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a little cooking oil.
2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Mix the chicken and eggs together in the skillet.
5. Add the cooked rice and diced vegetables to the skillet. Stir everything together.
