Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Push the onion and garlic to one side of the skillet, and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the eggs, onion, and garlic.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
8. Serve the chicken fried rice hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
