Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until they are heated through.
5. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the vegetables.
6. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir everything together until well combined.
7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
