Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (such as carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the minced garlic and diced vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add the cooked rice and chicken back into the skillet. Stir everything together.
6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
