Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until it is no longer pink.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
