Recipe Name: Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of diced vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.
5. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Add the diced vegetables to the skillet and cook until they are tender.
7. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
8. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and mix well.
9. Add the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs back to the skillet and stir to combine.
10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
11. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
