Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 eggs
- Soy sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Add the diced carrots to the skillet and cook until slightly softened.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together.
6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
7. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
