Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the chicken.
4. Add the chopped onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir everything together.
6. Season with salt to taste and continue to cook for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
