Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the chicken.
4. Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
5. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken, eggs, and onion.
6. Pour soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir well to evenly coat everything.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
