Recipe Name: Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed and sauté the onions, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
6. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another minute.
7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and mix everything together.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
10. Serve the chicken pasta hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
