Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt.
5. Add the cooked pasta and diced tomato to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine.
6. Pour the whisked eggs over the pasta mixture and stir quickly to coat the pasta evenly. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce.
7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Season with additional salt if needed.
