- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup uncooked pasta

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until tomatoes are softened.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Stir well to combine.
5. Add uncooked pasta and rice to the skillet. Pour in the chicken broth and stir everything together.
6. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta and rice are cooked through.
7. Once the pasta and rice are cooked, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and stir to combine.
