Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/2 lb chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the chorizo sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Return the cooked chorizo to the skillet and let simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
7. Serve the Chorizo Pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
