Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 lb sauerkraut
- 1 lb smoked pork chops
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
2. Add the sliced cabbage and sauerkraut to the pot, stirring to combine with the onions and garlic.
3. Nestle the smoked pork chops and kielbasa sausage into the cabbage mixture.
4. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth. Season with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and cook over low heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meats are cooked through and the cabbage is tender.
6. Serve the Choucroute hot, with a side of mustard and crusty bread.
