Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes start to soften.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the bacon and tomato mixture.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly pour in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring continuously to coat the pasta. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs, creating a creamy sauce.
6. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the spaghetti carbonara hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
