Ingredients:
- 1 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped coriander leaves, rice flour, besan, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
2. Gradually add water to the mixture to form a thick batter. The consistency should be such that it coats the back of a spoon.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until the fritters are golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
6. Serve the coriander fritters hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
