- 6 eggs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 cup of corn kernels

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened and fragrant.
