Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Add the julienned carrot and sliced capsicum, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add the thinly sliced cabbage and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cubed cottage cheese to the pan and gently mix with the vegetables.
6. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce (if using). Mix well to combine all the flavors.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cottage cheese is heated through.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot as a delicious and nutritious stir-fry dish.
