Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the bacon grease. Cook until the onion is translucent.
