Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 tsp Chelsea (assumed to be a spice)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion and sliced leek to the pot. Cook until they are softened.
3. Sprinkle Chelsea spice over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine.
4. Add the diced potatoes to the pot and pour in enough water to cover all the ingredients.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the beef and potatoes are tender.
6. Pour in the cream and stir well to combine. Let the stew simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
