Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg and then stir in the grated cheese and milk until well combined.
3. In a large skillet, heat the egg and cheese mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
4. Add the brie cheese cubes to the skillet and continue stirring until the brie has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the creamy brie sauce.
