Recipe Name: Creamy Chicken and Corn Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the diced chicken until browned. Remove from pot and set aside.
2. In the same pot, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add the rice and stir for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and tomato juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until rice is cooked.
5. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. Once the rice is cooked, add the cooked chicken, corn, pepper, and salt to the pot. Stir well.
7. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together. Slowly pour this mixture into the pot while stirring continuously.
8. Add the cooked pasta to the pot and mix everything together until well combined.
9. Let the dish simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
