- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup sliced champignons (mushrooms)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the sliced champignons and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Stir in the cooked rice and shredded cheese. Mix well until the cheese is melted.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
