Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 jar red pasta sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken tenderloins and cook until they are browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
3. Add the red pasta sauce to the skillet and bring it to a simmer.
4. Stir in the heavy whipping cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir in the baby spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
6. Serve the creamy chicken and spinach sauce over cooked pasta of your choice. Enjoy!
