Ingredients:
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated pecorino cheese
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
3. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir in the cream cheese and Philadelphia cream cheese until melted and well combined.
5. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Sprinkle in the grated pecorino cheese and salt, stirring well to combine.
7. Finish by adding the butter to the skillet and stirring until melted and incorporated.
8. Serve the creamy chicken and spinach penne hot, garnished with extra pecorino cheese if desired.
