Ingredients:
- 200g pasta
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup rice
- 100g gorgonzola cheese
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 cup sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and set aside.
3. In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
4. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
5. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown.
6. Add the sweetcorn and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese into the pan and stir until melted and creamy.
8. Add the cooked pasta and rice to the pan and mix well.
9. Pour the whisked eggs over the pasta mixture and stir quickly to combine.
10. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked and the sauce is creamy.
11. Season with salt to taste.
12. Serve hot and enjoy!
