- 250g Kassler (smoked pork loin)
- 2 carrots, diced

- 2 eggs

1. In a large skillet, cook the Kassler over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the diced carrots and minced garlic. Cook until the carrots are slightly tender.
3. Add the rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the carrots and garlic.
4. Pour in the cooking cream and stir well. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the rice is cooked and the mixture is creamy.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and slowly pour them into the skillet, stirring constantly to create a creamy texture.
6. Add the diced tomato and cooked Kassler back into the skillet. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
