Ingredients:
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced leeks and garlic, and sauté until the leeks are soft and translucent.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
