Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown and all the liquid has evaporated, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy mushroom sauce.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
