Recipe Name: Creamy Salmon Gnocchi

Ingredients:
- 250g gnocchi
- 200g salmon fillet, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced salmon and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and onion in the skillet. Stir gently to combine.
6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet with a lid. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are set.
8. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
