Recipe Name: Creamy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup lentils
- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion until translucent.
3. Add the diced carrot, sliced potatoes, and broccoli to the skillet. Cook until slightly tender.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream.
5. Layer the spinach, corn, lentils, and cheese in a baking dish.
6. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish.
7. Top with the sautéed onion, carrot, potatoes, and broccoli.
8. Arrange the sliced tomato and lettuce on top.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
