Recipe Name: Crispy Chicken Tenders with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (to taste)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup instant potatoes
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Brown gravy (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. In another bowl, mix the flour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Place the coated strips on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Melt the butter and drizzle over the chicken strips. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. While the chicken is baking, prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions.
7. In a saucepan, heat the frozen corn with a little butter until warmed through.
8. Prepare the brown gravy according to package instructions or make it from scratch.
9. Serve the crispy chicken tenders with mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy on the side. Enjoy!
