Recipe Name: Crunchy Curry Chicken with Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup Captain Crunch cereal
- 1 banana
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of green beans

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with curry powder, paprika, onion powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Crush the Captain Crunch cereal in a plastic bag until it resembles breadcrumbs.
4. Coat the seasoned chicken breasts in the crushed Captain Crunch cereal.
5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
6. While the chicken is baking, cook the rice according to package instructions.
7. In a separate pan, sauté the spinach and green beans until tender.
8. Toast the bread slices and slice the banana.
9. Once the chicken is cooked, serve it with the cooked rice, sautéed spinach and green beans, toasted bread, and sliced banana on the side.
