Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add some oil.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan. Scramble the eggs until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and tomato to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
6. Season the rice with salt to taste.
7. Finally, add the scrambled eggs back to the pan and mix everything together.
8. Cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Egg Fried Rice!
