Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and minced garlic to the pan and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
6. Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan and pour the scrambled eggs back in. Mix everything together.
7. Season with salt to taste and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
8. Cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Egg Fried Rice!
