Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and tomato to the skillet and cook until slightly softened.
5. Stir in the cooked rice and mix well with the vegetables.
6. Add the scrambled eggs back to the skillet and mix everything together.
7. Season with salt to taste and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Egg Fried Rice!
