Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
4. Toss in the cooked pasta and crumbled feta cheese. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Feta Tomato Pasta!
